Website Visits
Each time you visit Tecal's Website, our server automatically recognizes and logs your IP address. (An IP address is the web-based address of the computer making a request to our web server.) No personal information is obtained in this data interchange - web browsers are not designed to provide this information. Registration
When visiting our site, if you are not a registered user you may choose to voluntarily complete our simple online registration form. Registration provides you with the opportunity, via password protected login, to access certain pages, features, and services not available to other visitors. Registration involves providing Tecal with information that personally identifies you ("User Information") and includes your name, company name, phone number, e-mail address, and a login password of your design. This information is added to our customer files and helps ensure quick and efficient communication between you and Tecal. Your User Information can be viewed and updated on our Website at any time. All User Information is stored on secure servers and is not shared outside of Tecal.
Some customers for whom Tecal has collected the requisite User Information offline may be automatically registered, and notification of registration will be communicated to these customers.
If, as a registered user, you wish to unregister, simply send an e-mail with a brief description of your request to sales@tecal-electronics.com. (An explanation as to why you wish to unregister would be greatly appreciated, but is not mandatory.)

Customer Information
Once you make a purchase, request sample product, or request a catalog or other information from Tecal, your shipping and billing address, preferred shipping method, payment method, and any other necessary information are added to our customer files. This information is stored on secure servers and is used to ensure a quick, efficient flow of products and services to you. It is shared outside of Tecal only for purposes outlined below.
• Some of Tecal's suppliers and sales agents require us to provide periodic point-of-sale reports. Point-of-sale reports do not include personal information.
• A customer's credit and payment history may be shared with credit reporting agencies.
• If a customer's payment account becomes delinquent, that customer's credit and payment history may be shared with the ERAI Trade Organization.
• Tecal will share customer information with government agencies if required by law.

Security is extremely important to us at Tecal. To deliver the highest levels of trust and security to customers, GeoTrust SSL encryption technology authenticates our website, enabling end users to verify our site and communicate via state-of-the-art SSL security encryption.
